I’m over 50… and I have been involved in the fitness and health business for nearly twenty five years – I’m fitter, stronger and ‘usually’ faster than most people I meet now that are half my age and that can’t be a good thing, I am no gym junkie and I enjoy all (if not more) of the things you do.

We can all lose focus and that is especially true of our own fitness levels.
