Training

We will recommend new exercise routines which can be done at the gym or at home, with minimal equipment to use in conjunction with your meal plan. Training throughout will include easy to follow short HIIT cardio workouts and resistance training that will burn fat and build lean muscle to shape your body. Our support team is always on hand to help you through training sessions.

Questionnaire

Once you buy the TT program you will be emailed a simple questionnaire and food diary for you to complete. This will give us a picture of your current health, nutritional history and lifestyle. Once submitted we’ll start compiling the TT program, tailored to you.

Tailored to you

We will carefully review your questionnaire and create a tailored meal plan for you to follow. Allergies, intolerances, existing training regimes all get taken into account to produce the perfect plan for you.

Receive your plan

Within a week stage one covering your first 30 days will be sent via email from our online support team. Now your journey to better health, wealth and fitness really begins.

Submit results

The first step is always the hardest but also the most rewarding. Once you have completed your first 30 days, you submit your results to us for review.

Feedback

We now look and if necessary discuss how you found those first 30 days, what you achieved, what you liked, what you didn’t like, where you struggled, where you excelled and start getting a detailed insight into what you and your body needs to really thrive. This allows us to work out what type of exercise/macronutrient/calorie structure suits you best.

Updated Schedule

After a few days you will be sent the next stage (days 30 – 60 – 90) cycle of your TT plan. Any questions at any time? Remember we are always on hand to answer questions.
